Caramel Pop Corn

Caramel Pop Corn

1 bag popcorn 
1/3 c butter
2/3 c brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp light corn syrup
1/8 tsp baking soda

1. Pop popcorn according to package instructions.
2. Melt butter in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
3. Add in brown sugar, corn syrup, and baking soda, and stir constantly for 5 minutes. 
4. Pour over popcorn and stir thoroughly and allow to cool for about 5 minutes.
